Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Evvolve Availability Viewer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Evvolve Availability Viewer is an internal scheduling tool that allows authorized Evvolve team members to view the calendar availability of registered investors and clients. The Service accesses only free/busy calendar information in read-only mode.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your access with unauthorized parties

4. Calendar Access

By connecting your Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar, you grant Evvolve permission to access your free/busy calendar information for the purpose of meeting coordination. You may revoke this access at any time through your calendar provider's account settings or by contacting us directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Evvolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to scheduling errors or data inaccuracies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your calendar connections will be deactivated and your data will be deleted upon request.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
